Terms and Conditions
1. Registration and Payment
All registrations must be completed through our official booking platform: https://centreformovement.sports-schooling.com/womens-only-wellness-programme/.
Full payment is required to confirm your slot and will be acknowledged via a WhatsApp confirmation upon receipt by Centre for Movement, Sports Schooling.
All payments are non-transferable and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
No refunds will be issued for participant cancellations or no-shows.
In the case of a valid medical reason (with supporting documentation), credits may be issued at the discretion of Centre for Movement, Sports Schooling.
In the rare event a session is cancelled by the instructor, a make-up lesson credit will be offered.
3. Attendance and Punctuality
Participants are encouraged to arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.
Sessions will begin and end punctually in respect of all attendees. Late arrivals will not be granted additional time or compensation.
4. Health and Safety
Participants must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or other health concerns prior to participation.
While every session is conducted with care, participation is at your own risk.
Centre for Movement, Sports Schooling and NTU@OneNorth will not be held liable for any injuries, illnesses, or accidents occurring during or as a result of
participation.
All participants are required to submit a signed indemnity form before taking part in sessions.
5. Conduct and Respect
Participants are expected to maintain respectful behaviour towards instructors and fellow attendees.
Centre for Movement, Sports Schooling reserves the right to remove any participant who behaves inappropriately or disruptively, without refund.
6. Weather Policy (For outdoor sessions)
In the event of inclement weather, sessions may be modified, postponed, or moved indoors where possible.
7. Programme Changes
Centre for Movement, Sports Schooling reserves the right to make changes to the schedule, instructors, or session format if necessary.
Any significant changes will be communicated to participants in advance.
8. Personal Belongings
Participants are strongly advised not to bring valuables. Centre for Movement,
Sports Schooling and NTU@OneNorth are not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items.
9. Privacy and Media
Photos and videos may be taken during sessions for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to be included, please notify us in writing before the session.
All personal information collected will remain confidential and used strictly for administrative and programme-related purposes.
10. Consent
By registering, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms and conditions, and that they are participating voluntarily.

At CFM, our Women’s Wellness Programme focuses on swim-based training – a low-impact, effective way to stay active, build confidence, and feel good in your body again.
Whether you’re stepping into the water for the first time or refining your strokes, sessions are structured to support you at your own pace.

This is a coached swim programme.
More than just a swim class, this is a supportive, all-women environment where you can progress comfortably and without pressure.
Whether your goal is to learn, overcome fear, or simply carve out time for yourself, we meet you where you are, from Beginner to Intermediate levels.

A holistic programme designed to support strength, mobility, and overall well-being both in and out of the water.
Combining reformer Pilates and dedicated open swim access, this programme offers a balanced, low-impact approach to fitness that works with your body.
Pilates builds core strength, posture, and body awareness, while the pool provides a space for self-paced movement, active recovery, and full-body conditioning without the strain.
Designed for women seeking a sustainable routine, whether you’re getting back into fitness, managing fatigue, or simply carving out time to reset and recharge.
This is not a coached swim session. Instead, participants enjoy ladies-only swim lanes, with the freedom to move at their own pace in a comfortable, supportive environment.
Participants should have basic swimming proficiency and water confidence.

Terms & Conditions - Wellness Swim
- Swim access is only available during the designated pool days and timings.
- Pool access shall be valid for a period of one (1) month from the date of membership registration.
- Use of the pool premises is strictly limited to swimming. All other activities are not permitted.
- Swim sessions are not interchangeable with Pilates sessions. No substitutions or replacements between programme components will be allowed.
- This is not a learn-to-swim programme. All participants must be water confident and able to swim independently without flotation devices.
- Members are not allowed to bring children into the pool premises.
- Access during this period is strictly limited to female members only. Male guests/ swimmers are not permitted.
- Coaching is strictly not permitted. Members found conducting or receiving coaching within the pool premises may be asked to leave.
- Participants are required to bring their own swimwear and goggles. All other necessary equipment will be provided.
Pool Access & Usage
- Access to the pool is strictly limited to registered members only. Proof of membership must be presented at the front desk prior to entry.
- Members are not permitted to bring guests or external parties. Sports Schooling reserves the right to deny entry to any non-members.
- Sports Schooling reserves the right to deny access or remove any member who does not comply with pool rules and regulations.
- Sports Schooling reserves the right to temporarily close the pool due to scheduled maintenance, operational requirements, or unforeseen circumstances. Members will be informed in advance where possible.
- Sports Schooling reserves the right to deny or restrict entry to the pool in order to manage capacity and ensure a safe and comfortable environment. This includes situations where the pool has reached its maximum occupancy. Members may be asked to wait or return at a later time, and we seek your understanding in such instances.

No, this is not a coached session. It is a dedicated open swim access for ladies, where you can swim at your own pace.
Participants will have access to ladies-only swim lanes during allocated time slots. This allows you to swim, move, stretch, or do light water-based exercises independently.
Yes. Participants should have basic swimming proficiency and water confidence, as this is not a learn-to-swim programme.

Pilates sessions are booked via WEmbrace Pilates’ platform. Your details will be shared with our team, who will contact you separately with more information on the swim sessions.
This offering is part of a combined Women’s Wellness Membership, so both components are designed to complement each other.
The use of swim equipment (e.g. kickboards, pull buoys, paddles) is not permitted, as this is a shared, self-directed swim environment. This helps ensure safety, fairness in lane usage, and a comfortable experience for all participants.
No, there will not be a lifeguard on duty during these sessions. Participants are expected to be comfortable in the water and swim at their own discretion.
You may swim during the designated open pool sessions, based on the specified days and timings. Pool access is strictly limited to registered members under the package.
Swim access is on a walk-in basis during the designated pool days and timings. Members are required to check in at the front desk prior to entering the pool.
Pool access is subject to capacity limits to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all members. In the event that the pool reaches full capacity, entry may be temporarily restricted. Members may be asked to wait or return at a later time, and we seek your kind understanding in such situations.
Bringing guests is strictly not allowed. All individuals entering the pool must be registered members under the subscription. Membership will be verified at the point of entry.
Swim access is valid for one (1) calendar month from your registration/ sign up date. For example, if you sign up on the 5th of the month, your access will be valid until the 5th of the following month, regardless of whether the month has 4 or 5 weeks.
Basic shower facilities are available at the pool. Members are advised to bring their own toiletries and towels. As space is limited, members may be required to wait, and we seek your patience, consideration, and understanding.
At Centre for Movement (CFM)
Yes. These are guided swim sessions led by our coaches, structured to support your learning and progression at your own pace.
No prior experience is required. The programme caters to Beginner to Intermediate levels, including those stepping into the water for the first time.

As this is an outdoor pool, sessions may be affected by weather conditions. In the event of heavy rain or lightning, sessions may be paused or rescheduled for safety. Updates will be communicated accordingly.
Yes, this is an all-women programme, designed to provide a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment.

Will the programme be conducted by a lady coach?
Yes, the programme is conducted by a lady coach to ensure a comfortable learning environment for all female participants.
Can I swim with a pre-existing medical condition?
As of most sports, if you have a medical condition or physical limitation, please discuss it with your doctor before joining the programme. You are welcomed to sign up if you have clearance from the doctor. Please highlight any medical conditions and/or physical limitations you may have in the registration form, and our experienced coaches will strive to tailor the lessons according to your needs and limitations to ensure a safe and enjoyable learning experience.
What happens if it rains?
No refunds or make up sessions will be made if sessions are cancelled due to bad weather or any unforeseen circumstances that are not within the school control.
In cases of light rain, swim sessions will carry on as per normal. In the event of heavy rain or lightning alert, our coaches are trained to conduct basic dryland training, which consists of fitness and conditioning work and/or basic theory to help you better understand the mechanics of swimming better. There will be no cancellation of sessions.
What is required for each lesson?
The following is required for each lesson:
- Goggles
- Swimwear (comfortable and modest swimwear, such as a one-piece swimsuit or a swim dress)
- Towels x 2 (one for gym, another for showering)
- Toiletries
- Change of clothes
There is a female changing room with showers and toilets at the venue.
Is the Women's Wellness at TSA@JalanKayu a coached swim class?
No, this is not a coached session. It is a dedicated open swim access for ladies, where you can swim at your own pace in our heated pool.
