Active families make for happy families!

At the Sports Schooling Centre for Movement, we’ve curated a calendar of expert-led, family-friendly classes and activities designed to invite everyone — from sweat-shy kids to energiser bunnies of any age — to get moving and have a blast in a social, supportive learning environment.

Our Women’s Wellness sessions and Just for the Little Ones water-sensory playgroup are regular feature programmes at the Centre for Movement, giving mums, toddlers, and families consistent opportunities to bond, learn, and stay active.

Just for the Little Ones – Water Sensory Fun Programme for Tots (2-4yrs old)

Designed especially for toddlers and young beginners, this programme builds water confidence through multi-sensory play.

No swim experience needed — just a sense of fun and curiosity!

Little ones will explore water sensory play, enjoy music and movement, get creative with simple crafts, and experience gentle water play in a calm, supportive environment.

It’s a playful, confidence-building introduction to water — with parents involved every step of the way.

Let's Learn to Play Pickleball (for 7-12yr olds)

Kickstart the school holidays with an exciting 3-day pickleball camp designed for kids!

Guided by a trained coach from TAG Academy, this camp is perfect for beginners and young pickleball enthusiasts to learn, play, and have fun in a supportive environment.

Let your kids enjoy an engaging holiday activity, make new friends, and discover the joy of pickleball!

AM session: 10am – 12pm OR 
PM session: 3 – 5pm

$710/child (For those who sign up for both Swim & Pickleball camps) 

Recommended for 7 -12 yr olds.

Paddles will be required for all participants.

Women’s Only Wellness Programme

An all-women programme by Sports Schooling’s Swim Lab.

Stay active, connect with like-minded women, and build confidence in a safe and supportive environment.

At CFM, our programme centres around guided swim sessions, helping you:

• Build confidence in the water
• Improve technique and efficiency
• Develop endurance and overall fitness
• Strengthen essential water skills

Suitable for ladies with basic swimming ability, from Beginner+ to Intermediate levels.

Our exclusive Pilates + Swim programme is available at The Sports Arena@Jalan Kayu, offering reformer Pilates and dedicated ladies-only swim access. A holistic approach to strength, mobility, and overall well-being, in and out of the water.

After-School Kids Club

Providing wonderful experiences and programmes that add depth and richness to children’s learning beyond the classroom and school curriculum.

Our afternoon kids club is designed to help children navigate the world around them. Let their imaginations run wild as they unlock new skills with a range of activities packed with excitement.

Whether it’s getting sporty, unwinding with creative arts programmes, our age-appropriate adventures encourage children to do what they love and discover new interests!
