The Gym
Managed by Kairos Academy
The Gym at Centre for Movement (CFM) – a purpose-built space for mindful, functional, and holistic training.
Managed by Kairos Academy, the gym offers on-going classes in Jiu Jitsu, Hand Balancing, and Organic Strength. The classes are designed to complement one another, each discipline sharing a language of movement and body awareness with emphasis on balance, longevity and creativity.
The gym operates as a collaborative no-shoes training space, encouraging members to train shoeless for safety, hygiene, and optimal performance.
Kairos Academy’s philosophy, quality over quantity, presence over perfection, guides everything they do, creating an environment where members of all ages and abilities can move and grow at their own pace.
Curated with longevity and community in mind, all classes taught by Kairos are designed to build lasting strength and meaningful connections. The gym benefits all users by enhancing body awareness, improving functional fitness, and supporting a healthy lifestyle.
To ensure the space remains safe, clean, and enjoyable, we require all members to follow all safety and hygiene rules at all times.
Train smart. Stay safe. Respect the space.
We invite you to join us and experience the gym for yourself—discover a space where movement meets mindfulness, and every session brings you closer to your best self.
